As from the 1st of June 2019 in line with Government Guidelines we do not charge Tenant Administration Fees to any applicants.

Landlord Fees

Lettings Service Only, Tenant Finders Fee 60% 1st months rent

New Management setup fee 60% 1st months rent

Managed re-letting Tenant Finders Fee 50% 1st months rent

Tenancy Renewal Fee (Let or Managed) 50% 1st months rent

Fully Managed 12% of months rent

Inventory Preparation minimum £250.00

Protecting a Tenancy Deposit with a Deposit Scheme £25.00

Check in/Check out Deposit Handling minimum £300.00

Property Inspection minimum £150.00

Court or Tribunal Appearances £300.00 per day

All Fees are Non-Refundable, We are part of The Client Money Protection Scheme.
